Shipping & Delivery
We endeavour to have every order dispatched and delivered to you in as little time as possible. In a lot of cases, this means next day delivery of your order, though there are some exceptions.
Each order needs to be picked & packed, which doesn't take too long under ordinary circumstances, unless it is a particularly complicated order. Furthermore, we strive to keep stock levels high to be able to maintain same day dispatch for most orders. On the odd occasion that not enough stock is available to fulfil your order, we will begin the production of the missing characters as soon as possible to get your order finalised and sent.
All shipping options are next day typically, using a variety of shipping services. Smaller orders will use Royal Mail, while larger will use a courier service. Tracking information can be provided upon request. Please account for busy times of the year when considering processing & shipping - Christmas in particular causes strain and delays on the postal services.
You may find, when placing your order, that you are being charged more for shipping than you would expect. This is because we hold our stock at multiple dispatch locations, to speed up and simplify the shipping process. In the long run, our shipping costs save the customer money as we would have to increase the product cost to cover the shipping otherwise. Please get in touch if your shipping cost is too high, and we'll aim to assist.
We export from the UK, most commonly into the Republic of Ireland. At this moment in time we are not registered for Irish VAT. Therefore we cannot charge VAT for customers from the Republic of Ireland. However, Irish VAT will still be accounted for at export and you will be asked to pay it before you receive your parcel. If you provide us with an EORI and VAT number, this cost will be put against your VAT return. A customs charge of 3 euros will also be payable.
