Register as an RNPS
For customers based in the United Kingdom you must be a Registered Number Plate Supplier (RNPS) with the DVLA in order to produce and sell number plates. If you do not register, you cannot open a trade account with us, and you may face fines of up to £5000.
The application can be completed online by filling in the PDF document below and submitting it on the following link. There is a one-time application fee of £40.
