Refund & Return Policy
Returns
Our returns policy lasts for 14 days. Should 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If your goods are faulty please contact us within 30 days for an exchange or full refund. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account on our website, within seven days.
Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange your returned items for an alternative product your returned items will be credited/exchanged at -25% of the goods value. This is due to the checking and reprocessing costs incurred.
Items which are in packs or sheets must be returned as sent. Any sheets or pack which have been split cannot be exchanged or returned.

Custom Orders
Customised orders cannot be refunded or exchanged unless items are faulty or incorrectly made. If your order is faulty or incorrectly made please email or call us: 07942 322086. If we agree your order is wrong then the normal replacement or refund procedures will apply.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Plate Supplies Ltd, Unit B, Wyresdale, Green Lane West, Garstang, PR3 1NJ, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the items are faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
