Christmas and New Year Closing Dates 2021/2022
We are approaching the festive period very shortly and we will be closed between Midday on the 24th December 2021 and 4th January 2022. As we like our breaks too there will be no telephone or email service during this time.
We can ship up until the 23rd December but please be aware delivery will not be guaranteed and you will have to be there to receive your goods.
Therefore we recommend you allow at least a couple of days before this to help the shipping company deliver your goods in time.
All carriers are exceptionally busy from now to the end of the Christmas period and all parcels may suffer delays due to this. The same applies post the Festive period as people send their presents back to the suppliers due to too much Christmas pudding.
For Export Customers there are likely to be considerable delays through customs due to increased loads from everyone shipping presents to their loved ones. This may extend any shipping times well beyond the normal.
The Christmas period increases demand on our number plate products.
This can, in extreme circumstances, leave our stock levels much lower than normal. So we would advise you to plan for this and give us the best chance of serving you well by placing orders early and stocking up to cover your increased orders. All orders will be handled on a first come, first served basis.
We will try to accommodate products as per normal, but you can really help us by ordering early as well. That way if we can’t give you our normal service of 1-2 days it gives us a much better chance to complete your requests before we close for business.
Following on from the festive period we will be in production on the 4th and will process any new orders as quickly as possible. Products ordered during the holiday period will not be shipped until January 4th.
Whilst we do not expect any issues, stocks of our number plate products will be lower than normal and there may be the odd gap in our range. We will work quickly to bring our stock levels up to normal but will concentrate on first fulfilling any orders placed.
I would like to thank all of our customers for your support this year and inform you we will be expanding our production facilities at the start of 2022 giving us the capability to more than double our current capacity.
